Pablo

Many customers were asking us for a low price, high print quality carpet for temporary use. After doing many trials on different qualities and remarks from customers the result was Pablo. Pablo has been developed for dye sublimation / Transfer printing. The Top surface is made from 300 gram pure polyester white non-woven backed to a 400 gram natural rubber / latex.

Applying heat to a non-woven would normally mean shrinkage and borders will curl up. Although Pablo will shrink a bit, border will not curl up as the backing is flexible and will not resist shrinkage.

Another problem of non-wovens is the so called orange skin. When processed through a rotary calander typically an orange skin will from because the materil runs round a round rolls. Pablo has an open structure and orangeskin is no problem.

Although the intial surface is open, the non woven fabric has hot melt fibres mixed to the material. during pressing or calandering these fibres will melt and the open structure will close itself.

Pable is a stock item.
Stock rolls are 4 x 75 meter and can be cut into different roll sizes and or mats.
